Leo Schlinkert
-
President,
Chief Executive Officer/Co-Founder
Mr. Schlinkert
is the Communicator Inc's President and Chief Executive Officer and
co-founder, where he lead the company from its inception to its current
position as an industry leader in financial technologies. A leading,
award-winning expert in finance and business communications, Mr. Schlinkert
was an integral part of creating such financial industry electronic
market marketplaces as TradeWeb (also serving as a board member), Euro-MTS
and BrokerTec. Prior to forming Communicator Inc, Mr. Schlinkert was
a Managing Director at Salomon Smith Barney where he lead the firm's
Global Fixed Income Electronic Commerce operations and Corporate Bond
Sales. Mr. Schlinkert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics
from the Georgia Institute of Technology and currently serves on its
Advisory Board.
Gary
Reifman
- Head
of Business Development/Co-Founder
A co-founder
of Communicator Inc, Mr. Reifman is responsible for Communicator's Business
Development efforts, including the company's sales and marketing operations.
Previous to Communicator, Gary was a Vice President at Salomon Smith
Barney in the Fixed Income Electronic Commerce unit, where he was responsible
for functional and creative design of the firm's fixed income electronic
communications platform. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Computer Science from Rutgers University.
Steve Lefler -
Chief
Information Officer/Co-Founder
As an industry
expert in developing and managing of technology systems for over a decade,
Mr. Lefler is a co-founder of Communicator Inc and currently serves
as its Chief Information Officer, responsible for the firm's technology
development and related operations. Prior to Communicator, Steve was
a Senior Vice President at Salomon Smith Barney, where he lead the fixed
income e-commerce technology group. His accomplishments included the
development of SSB Direct, the firm's global fixed income web site for
delivery of inventory, research and pricing information for institutional
customers.
Mary
Roddy -Chief
Operating Officer/Co-Founder
With extensive
experience in fixed income electronic commerce, research and sales,
Ms. Roddy is a co-founder of Communicator Inc and currently serves as
the company's Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Communicator Inc, Ms.
Roddy spent 13 years with Salomon Smith Barney. A graduate of St. Johns
University, Ms. Roddy recieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer
Science.
Vlad
Gilinsky -
Head
of Technology/Co-Founder
Mr. Gilinsky
possesses more than a decade of experience designing and building client-server
applications and web-based multi-tier services involving cutting edge
technologies using Java, J2EE, and Web Services. Prior to Communicator
Inc, he worked in the Compliance Technology Department at Salomon Brothers,
later transitioning to its Fixed Income Electronic Commerce technology
team at Salomon Smith Barney where he played a key role in the development
of SSB Direct, the research portal for institutional investors. At Communicator
Inc, Mr. Gilinsky was the architect and developer of the firm's first
flagship product - Bond.Hub - and lead the development f HubConnex,
the firm's communication and collaboration product. Vlad received a
Masters of Science degree in Computer Science and Information Systems
from New York University.
Serge Shinkar - Product
Manager/Co-Founder
As the Manager
of Product Management for Communicator Inc, Serge Shinkar is responsible
for the company’s current and future product development direction,
particularly around technology applications for OTC derivative post-trading,
risk management and compliance solutions. Prior to joining Communicator,
Serge spent nearly a decade at Solomon Smith Barney, where he worked
on a variety of technology projects designing and developing distributed
software for fixed income analytics, trading and settlement systems.
A graduate of New York University, Mr. Shinkar holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer
Science.
