Alliance with America Online®, Inc. Enables Communicator to Offer Access to the AOL Messaging Network and Complete Compliance Solution to Wall Street White Plains, NY, November 7, 2005- Communicator Inc® today announced that it has joined AOL’s Enterprise Federation Partner program to provide a complete messaging, compliance and identity management solution for Wall Street. The new alliance leverages the AIM service’s reach and Communicator’s expertise in the financial industry to provide a turn-key solution that addresses the risks associated with electronic communications. The Hub Connex service continues to grow at a rapid rate; 100% growth in the last year with millions of messages sent monthly. Combining AOL’s reach in the public instant messaging market with Communicator’s experience in the securities market, this agreement will give financial services professionals a best-of-breed solution for their real-time communication needs. The alliance lets Communicator’s current Hub Connex users and their counterparties who use the AIM® service leverage the security and compliance features of the Hub Connex service, particularly group forums.
